Assistant Property Manager | Waukegan, IL | Full-Time | On-Site Multifamily Housing | Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + Bonus Potential

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at the Reserve at Eagle Ridge Apartments in Waukegan. We offer up to $20/hrs plus leasing & renewal commissions and full benefits including 2 weeks paid time off and tuition reimbursement.

• Pay up to $20.00/hour, based on experience.
