Odin Properties LLC is seeking a proactive Leasing Professional to join our Memphis community. You will focus on leasing, marketing, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations, delivering high-energy, friendly service to prospective and current residents.

Key duties include greeting visitors, presenting community features, maintaining apartment availability in the management system, processing renewals, coordinating maintenance requests, and supporting marketing efforts across

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively and courteously with residents, associates, management, and guests.
• Greet visitors and present features and benefits of the apartment community professionally.
• Maintain an accurate and updated inventory of apartments available to rent in the property management software system.
• Assist with maintenance service requests with documentation and follow up daily to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain marketing initiatives to connect and engage residents; post announcements, photos, updates, and event information.
• Ability to create Facebook Marketplace account for leasing.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community to provide an exceptional experience for residents or prospective residents.

Responsibilities
