The role requires familiarity with multi-family leasing, CRM systems, and marketing activities. You will engage residents, manage renewals, and help maintain a vibrant community environment with strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in multi-family residential leasing.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with strong follow-up.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager or Rent Café CRM; MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with residents, associates, management, and guests.
• Greet visitors and present features and benefits of the apartment community professionally.
• Distribute renewal notices and follow up with current residents.
• Maintain accurate inventory of available apartments in property management software.
