Odin Management in Tampa, FL seeks a Leasing Professional to join our team. You will handle leasing, marketing, resident relations, and overall community operations with high energy and a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities include guiding tours, processing renewals, maintaining inventory in the system, supporting maintenance requests, and driving community marketing across platforms to engage residents and attract new tenants.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with residents, associates, management, and guests.
• Greet visitors and present features and benefits of the community.
• Distribute renewal notices electronically and follow up with residents.
• Maintain accurate inventory of apartments in the management software.
• Assist with maintenance requests and follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain marketing initiatives and engage residents via announcements, photos, updates, and events.
• Possess ability to create a Facebook Marketplace leasing profile.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the community for exceptional resident experiences.
