The role requires high energy, exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Yardi and Rent Café CRM is preferred, with standard MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ in multi-family residential leasing.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment demonstrating strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and/or Rent Café CRM (or similar) software.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and implement marketing initiatives to promote the community.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of available units in the property management system.
• Provide excellent resident relations and customer service.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Engage residents through announcements, photos, updates, and events on social channels.
