Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with residents and guests.
• Greet visitors and present features of the apartment community.
• Distribute and follow up on renewal notices.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of apartments in the property management software.
• Assist with maintenance requests and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain marketing initiatives and post announcements, photos, updates, and events.
• Create Facebook Marketplace account for leasing.
• Know the community to provide an exceptional experience for residents or prospective residents.
