Rose Valley Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team. You will guide prospective residents through the move-in process, conduct property tours, and maintain follow-up communication to close leases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A current and valid Driver’s License.
• At least 1 year of active leasing experience in a multi-family property.
• Strong communication skills with prospects and residents, both over the phone and in person.
• Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with good problem-solving and listening skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with prospects, coworkers, residents and vendors.
• Strong drive to meet leasing targets and deliver top service.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, guide prospects through the move-in process and schedule tours.
• Conduct tours of the community, vacant units, models, and amenities.
• Ensure apartments are ready for showing and maintain a clean, professional work space.
• Follow up with prospects via calls and emails and document activity.
• Market and lease apartments in line with the property's marketing plan.
• Process rental applications and verify information per Fair Housing Laws.
