This role emphasizes strong communication, follow-up, and teamwork to meet leasing targets. You will interact with prospects and residents, maintain property presentation, and support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of active leasing experience in multi-family properties.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both over the phone and in person.
• High energy, persuasive selling ability and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours and discuss amenities.
• Process rental applications and verify information per policies.
• Follow up with leads via phone and email; maintain accurate records.
• Meet monthly leasing goals and contribute to marketing plans.
• Maintain showroom and curb appeal.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
