Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Island Creek Village in Duxbury, MA. The role involves selling apartment features, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and conducting professional tours of models and amenities to support occupancy goals.

You will coordinate renewals and income re-certifications, prepare lease packages, maintain turnover and market reports, and provide resident orientation with high-quality customer service.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two years sales/leasing experience desirable.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Builds relationships with prospective and current residents and coordinates all phases of the leasing process.
• Provides polished and professional tours of the model apartment, vacant apartments and community amenities.
• Achieves occupancy goals and rents at appropriate levels.
• Coordinates annual lease renewals and income re-certifications.
• Updates turnover log, maintains waiting list and prepares leasing reports.
