Villas at Harbour Cove in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to maximize occupancy by engaging prospective residents and guiding them through the leasing process. You will present property features, conduct tours, and answer questions to ensure a positive resident experience.

The role involves credit screening, lease packet preparation, and coordinating with the Community Manager. A valid driver’s license and basic real estate knowledge are preferred for this full-time, non-exempt

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some advanced real estate training and familiarity with landlord-tenant and fair housing laws preferred.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours of apartments to prospective residents.
• Run credit reports on prospective residents.
• Prepare lease packets and inspect apartments prior to showing.
• Maintain logs of traffic and lease units.
• Provide information to prospective residents over the phone.
• Support social media content and posting.
