Job summary

Beacon Management’s Lakes in Southfield, MI is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, show apartments, process applications and manage lease renewals. The role covers leasing, marketing, sales, resident retention and administrative duties in a fast-paced community.

You will participate in newsletters, market surveys and resident activities, support outreach and lead generation, and help maintain accurate files and billing.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in leasing, sales and customer service preferred.
• Residential property management experience is a huge plus.
• Willingness to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and show apartments.
• Oversee and process applications and lease renewals.
• Conduct marketing surveys and weekly reports.
• Assist in the preparation of newsletters, market surveys and resident activities. Attend all assigned resident activities.
• Handle sales, outreach, prospecting and lead generation.
• Process renewal letters. Maintain a monthly renewal log and ensure proper billing of all accounts.
• Organize and maintain resident files per company procedure.
• Monitor service requests. Insure call backs are being completed.
• Floating duties as assigned.
• Prepare incident reports and follow up in accordance to the direction of the Property.
