Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Aura Main Street to coordinate rentals, move-ins/outs, and renewals. You will engage with prospective residents, tour properties, and ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, sales experience, and comfort with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. This position is based on-site in Lewisville, TX with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Tour model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain confidential files.
• Enter traffic data and generate leasing reports weekly.
• Assist with planning resident activities and exceed safety rules.
