Profectus Multifamily Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to support leasing, marketing, collections, and administrative duties at our Killeen, TX location. You will drive occupancy, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving property occupancy and revenue goals through effective leasing and retention.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, provide tours, and secure lease agreements.
• Process applications and prepare lease documentation with regulatory compliance.
• Assist in marketing: online ads, social media, community outreach.
• Maintain market knowledge to position property competitively.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure tour-ready and move-in-ready homes.
• Support office operations with rent collection, data entry, and admin tasks.
