Job summary

Profectus Multifamily Management (PMM) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Leasing Agent to support and execute company strategies for our Killeen, TX location. The Leasing Agent will handle marketing, leasing, collections, and administrative duties while ensuring resident relations and compliance with regulations.

The role reports to the Property Manager and Director of Operations, requiring strong customer service, organization, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year property management or leasing experience.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving occupancy and revenue goals through leasing practices.
• Respond to inquiries, provide tours, and secure leases.
• Process applications and lease documentation.
• Support marketing efforts including online advertising and outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends to position property competitively.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resident relations.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep apartments tour-ready and move-in ready.
• Assist with rent collection and administrative tasks.
