General Services Corporation in Franklin, TN is seeking a leasing associate to show apartments, secure leases, and maintain occupancy at a premium level. You will greet customers, convert prospects, handle leases, credit checks, move-in orientations, and collaborate with residents to promote programs and keep files in order.

A high school diploma is required; one year leasing experience preferred; valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and background/drug checks are required.

Formación

• Outstanding sales ability in a computerized environment.
• One year of leasing experience highly preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and proof of insurance required, along with a passing criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.

Responsabilidades

• Lease apartments at optimum rent levels and keep vacancies to a minimum.
• Greet customers by standing and smiling.
• Convert walk-in prospects into secured leases and schedule appointments.
• Convert telephone calls and emails to appointments; manage waiting list and follow up.
• Prepare leases and conduct move-in orientations; maintain move-in list.
• Handle subleases, renewals, extensions, and vacating notices.
• Promote resident programs and maintain a resident-focused office appearance.
• Assist managers and other staff and maintain files, postage, and office supplies.
