STYL Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive marketing, leasing and pre-leasing of apartments. You will coordinate with the leasing team across the full cycle from application to close while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multi-family property management, strong MS Office skills, and experience with leasing software. Expect weekend hours and ongoing training in a growing company with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct experience in multi-family property management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Familiar with Knock and OneSite systems is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing process and deliver strong tour experiences.
• Maintain CRM for follow-up with current and prospective residents.
• Build relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
• Resolve issues using customer service skills.
• Lead leasing team, conduct weekly performance evaluations.
• Provide ongoing leasing team training and participate in interviewing.
• Schedule staff, manage coverage and track daily activity.
• Monitor pricing and yield strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Submit weekly and weekend leasing reports and track metrics.
• Assist Property Manager with financial reviews and investor deliverables.
