Mission & Values
OUR MISSION

To positively transform communities.

CORE VALUES

Our culture is very important to us. These four core values are at the heart of everything we do:

Partnership

Our primary value. It is how we live out “putting people first”, through a servant-minded approach. We are in business for the long-term, putting our relationships ahead of our own benefit, even at our own expense.

We are entrepreneurial. We do not do things just because that is how we have always done them. We strive for continuous improvement, and with the right end in mind we can always work backward to find a solution or an innovative approach. When we are focused on the right result to accomplish our mission, rather than bringing a prescribed solution to a generic problem, we have the right mindset to find new ways to solve problems. The problems we are trying to solve in communities are both worth it and require it.

Sincerity

We consistently seek to accomplish our mission, acting in accordance with our core values, even when that makes our work difficult. We seek to do business with people who believe what we believe. We are genuine in our approach to solving problems, not afraid to be real and honest.

Stewardship

We are often entrusted to solve priority problems for the communities, and with that comes great responsibility. We take these responsibilities seriously, as a long-term steward of the various resources and places with which we engage to achieve transformation.
