Northland is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Yacht Club, a 392-unit community in Heritage Harbour, Bradenton, FL. You will lease apartments, tour prospects, and support resident retention while delivering top-tier customer service.

The role involves managing calls, walk-ins, and appointments, with weekend shifts and occasional travel to other properties as needed. Join Northland’s team to contribute to marketing efforts, collaborate with staff and vendors, and provide an excellent resident

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
• Must multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with residents, employees, and vendors.
• Working weekend shifts may be required and travel to other properties may be needed.
• May be required to operate a golf cart around the property.

Responsabilités

• Lease apartments and tour prospective residents.
• Support resident retention and satisfaction through community engagement.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and scheduling for the property.
• Assist onsite team with marketing and marketing-related tasks.
• Work weekends as needed to cover property needs.
