Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Anchor at Gulf Harbors, a 388-unit community in New Port Richey, FL. The role blends customer service and sales, handling tours, applications, and follow-up with prospective residents to meet occupancy goals.

You will greet visitors, present homes, and guide applicants through the rental process while maintaining Fair Housing compliance and accurate PMS entries. Prior retail/sales or hospitality experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet/prospect prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases, and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect and present properties to ensure clean, inviting appearance for tours.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, local amenities and community information.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws; document interactions and enter data in PMS software.
• Guide customers through application completion and required documentation for eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities to drive occupancy goals.
• Support events, retention efforts, and supervisor-assigned projects.
