Job summary

Sherman Associates seeks a Leasing Specialist I for Solene Apartments in St. Louis Park, MN. The role handles leasing, marketing, and compliance for a new luxury property, with a focus on customer service and fair housing knowledge.

The position works full-time with a Tue–Sat schedule (9:30 am–6 pm weekdays, 10 am–4 pm weekends) and offers pay of $20–$22/hour plus commission/bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant experience.
• Experience in residential real estate preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and ensure compliance for an assigned portfolio.
• Respond to inquiries and schedule showings promptly.
• Screen applicants and process applications accurately.
• Coordinate transfers and update turnover data daily.
• Maintain property files and ensure HUD and local compliance.
