Sherman Associates is seeking a sales and leasing professional for Autumn Ridge Apartments in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will handle inquiries, show units, screen applicants and coordinate move‑ins across a 366‑unit affordable housing community.

Core hours are Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5 PM; the role emphasizes customer service, resident retention and community events. A background in residential real estate is preferred, with valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle as assets.

Qualifications

• Experience within residential real estate or related education is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; able to communicate with tenants, vendors and across divisions.
• Knowledge of property management software (Real Page or similar) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer needs are met; provide directions and local event information.
• Assist with welcome packet creation and move‑in gifts.
• Lead resident event coordination and execution.
• Patrol and manage property aesthetics; maintain curb appeal.
• Schedule and conduct apartment showings; screen applicants and verify applications.
