Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Keeps informed on market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs marketing activities including referrals, employer outreach, and online campaigns.
• Uses property management software to track availability and prospect data.
• Prepares renewal letters and packages, and coordinates lease renewals on time.
