Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Associate for a high-rise community in Tennessee to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will conduct tours, process applications, and handle move-ins through a full leasing cycle.

The role requires Mon-Fri with rotating weekends, using OneSite/Yardi, and maintaining show units to required standards. Competitive pay, full-time benefits, and bonus potential are included.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license under state/local jurisdiction.
• Licenses or certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing lease and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies regarding concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing platforms.
• Utilize on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and leasing data and maintain records.
• Ensure show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors and coordinating maintenance needs.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal activities with letters and packages and proactive outreach to renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and document requests for appropriate action.
