Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional in Tennessee to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will guide prospects through tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to secure move-in and renewals.

You will monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, and utilize OneSite/Yardi to manage data and drive occupancy. Strong customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-in packages.
• Knowledge of marketing plans, internet marketing tools, and programs to boost occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including tours, applications, credit screening, and move-in packaging.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness, coordinating maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay ahead of market conditions.
• Drive traffic to the community through marketing campaigns and outreach, including referrals and online channels.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, activity, and resident data.
