Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Florida to tailor the leasing experience for guests and close leases with top-tier customer service. You will tour our A+ luxury communities and help guests feel at home.

Responsibilities include processing leases, credit checks, and coordinating move-ins while developing local marketing strategies across socials and events. You will provide outstanding service to residents and prospects and grow within a dynamic property management

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse people.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (Yardi, Knock, OneSite).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and tour guests to showcase how they are welcome into the community.
• Prepare lease paperwork, conduct credit/background checks, communicate through move-in.
• Manage the leasing process and ensure an easy, thorough move-in day experience.
• Market the property with local and digital strategies across socials, events, and promotions.
