Bryten is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant for our Bella Vista community in Florida. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance to showcase apartments. The ideal candidate has customer-service focus, strong communication, and the ability to close leases.

High school diploma required; college degree preferred; experience with property software a plus. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development;

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Yardi, ResMan, On-Site or similar property management software preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting and engaging prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Conducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenities.
• Assisting prospective residents through leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Processing rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Responding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests professionally.
• Supporting resident retention through outstanding customer service and community engagement.
• Maintaining organized and accurate resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinating with maintenance to ensure high standards of community appearance.
• Assisting with marketing initiatives and outreach to support occupancy goals.
