The Bainbridge Companies is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Specialist for our luxury apartment communities in Florida. You will welcome guests, conduct tours, and tailor the leasing experience to convert visits into leases while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include managing the leasing process, marketing across social channels, handling renewals, and providing a best-in-class resident experience.

Formación

• Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with diverse people
• Detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, Knock, OneSite)
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• This role MAY require a valid driver’s license

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and tour guests, understand their lives and needs, and showcase community benefits
• Manage the leasing process: prepare lease paperwork, conduct credit/background checks, coordinate move-in
• Marketing: develop local and digital marketing strategies across socials, events, and promotions
• Provide best-in-class customer service to residents and guests; address questions and maintenance requests promptly
• Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and events to generate leads and schedule tours
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention through personalized service
• Perform various administrative duties: reporting, updating leasing files, and processing payments
