Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Summerdale - Houston, TX to lease apartments, conduct tours, and provide exceptional customer service. This role supports occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guiding prospects, following up with leads, coordinating move-ins, and assisting with renewals. A high school diploma or GED is required; no prior experience is necessary. Training and growth opportunities are offered by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions.
• Comfort with basic math operations and simple reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and tours with prospective residents.
• Follow up with prospective and current residents to build rapport.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a smooth resident experience.
• Assist in rent collection and renewals.
• Maintain community appearance and curb appeal.
• Enter information into Yardi and manage work orders.
