ASHBROOK VILLAGE in Gastonia, NC seeks a Leasing Consultant to lease apartments and provide excellent customer service. The role includes greeting residents, showing available units, processing leases, and maintaining resident files, with occasional travel and weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible with strong customer service.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and help resolve issues.
• Explain policies to residents and potential residents.
• Complete lease documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate resident files and enter data per policy.
• Assist in developing a resident retention/renewal program.
• Show model and available vacancies; assist move-ins.
• Travel may be required; occasional weekend hours may be required.
