Job summary

GGP Services is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Courtney Ridge in Charlotte, NC. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and manage leads in our CRM to drive occupancy and rent growth.

You’ll schedule tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, coordinate move-ins, and provide exceptional customer service while working a flexible schedule, including weekends. Previous sales or customer service experience and an associate degree in a related field are preferred; a valid driver’s license

• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals.
• Knowledge of leasing processes and requirements.

Responsibilities
