KPM Property Management is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant in Dallas to connect prospective residents with ideal homes and guide them through the leasing process from inquiry to lease signing.

As the primary contact, you will greet, tour, and process applications while maintaining accurate records and promoting community amenities. A strong customer-service mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional phone and email presence
• Comfortable asking for the sale and following up persistently without being pushy
• Basic computer skills (MS Office or Google Workspace)
• Availability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings during peak leasing season
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective tenants with information on available rental properties and community features
• Schedule and conduct property tours, showcase units, and highlight leasing benefits
• Process applications, screen for eligibility, and prepare lease agreements
• Maintain records of tenant interactions and follow up to nurture leads and close leases
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate move-ins and lease renewals with property management
• Keep models and show areas show-ready for guests
