Asset Living, a national property management firm, is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Phoenix to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will greet prospects, tour communities, sign leases, and manage paperwork and data accuracy.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. It offers stability, a full-time schedule, and opportunities to contribute to retention programs and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, lead generation, tours, and follow-up
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in
• Assist with lease audits, walk units, and turn process
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond within 24 hours
• Use sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals
• Provide excellent customer service and handle resident relations
• Enforce community policies and support retention programs
