Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property.

This role requires regular on-site attendance; you will show units, tour applicants, sign leases, process paperwork, and maintain accurate leasing data. You will support marketing efforts, address resident concerns, and help execute retention programs while upholding Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site software proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation for leasing.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork and maintain model units and data.
• Support marketing efforts and implement retention programs.
