Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a Lupton City property. You will handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations while maintaining positive community experiences.

Responsibilities include showing units, touring the community, processing leases, handling inquiries within 24 hours, and supporting marketing initiatives. A High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community and sign a lease.
• Close sales by setting appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours
• Use marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction
• Support resident retention programs
• Assist in marketing plan outreach
• Review market surveys to generate ideas and plans
• Maintain product knowledge of property and competition; complete weekly market surveys
