Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires daily on-site presence, showing units, greeting prospective residents, and signing leases.

Responsibilities include closing sales, handling paperwork, and maintaining accurate leasing data. Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma, basic software skills, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing and market surveys to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Address resident concerns and enforce community policies.
