Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Amarillo, Texas. The role covers leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. On-site presence is required daily, with duties including showing units, tours, securing leases, and processing documents.

You will also assist with marketing plans, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and help maintain property standards. The position emphasizes customer service, retention efforts, and adherence to Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing processes: appointments, lead generation, tours, model units, follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours; track leasing data.
