Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Amarillo, TX to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and determine housing needs. You will assist with leasing paperwork, collect deposits and rent, and communicate policies to residents to ensure a smooth move-in process.

Qualifications

Clear verbal and written communication required.
MS Word, Outlook, Excel basics; social media exposure a plus.
Knowledge of leasing software such as Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI is beneficial.
Ability to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective residents and give tours while assessing housing needs and closing leads.
Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, leases, and employment/credit checks.
Collect security deposits, rent, and other move-in charges.
Communicate lease and community policies to residents.
Follow up with leads and prospects who did not lease; ensure units are move-in ready.
Assist with marketing to attract new residents and support lease renewals.
Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
