Job summary

The NRP Group LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our LIHTC community at 2900 Broadmoor to maximize occupancy and attract qualified traffic through tours, outreach, and follow-up.

Under the Community Manager, you will conduct tours, process applications, coordinate move-ins, and support resident retention while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC rules and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities: tours, inquiries, and move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and competitor shops.
• Develop on-site marketing and referral programs.
• Process applications and collect fees; maintain files.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC guidelines.
• Maintain property curb appeal and readiness.
