Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our BRAND NEW LIHTC community, The Fielder, in Mesquite, TX. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking locally, scheduling tours, and securing rentals.

Under the Community Manager, you will promote resident retention and deliver exceptional customer service while following NRP policies and Fair Housing guidelines. Prior leasing or sales experience and strong computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, giving tours of apartments and amenities, following up with prospects, and coordinating move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and check competitor activity.
• Develop and monitor on-site marketing programs and referral efforts.
• Process applications, collect fees, deposits, rents and other regulations.
• Assist in resident retention and ensure property standards and curb appeal.
