Job summary

Greystar in Tucker, GA is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure a smooth move-in.

You’ll inspect units, monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use OneSite or Yardi to track availability and data. Strong customer service and local market knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating leasing activities to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ability to inspect apartments and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and ability to implement marketing plans.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and arrange repairs as needed.
• Monitor market and competitors to sustain occupancy and sales; develop short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and online engagement.
• Track availability and leasing activities using OneSite/Yardi and manage resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes and ensure renewal documents are signed on time.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and relay requests to the appropriate team.
