Job summary

Paycom seeks a Leasing Associate for Park at Fallbrook in Houston, TX. You will market, lease, and nurture positive relations with residents, clients, and vendors to achieve high occupancy and retention.

You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and execute move-ins according to company policy. The role requires strong communication, basic math for prorated rents, and experience with property management software and MS Office to generate required reports and marketing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of leasing or sales experience.
• Strong communication and math skills for prorated rents and deposits.
• Ability to use property management software and MS Office to generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities.
• Maintain up-to-date records of traffic and applications according to policy.
• Ensure lease, move-in, and renewal processes are completed per policy.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and Maintenance on upkeep needs.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic to the property.
• Use online platforms (Craigslist, Google) for outreach marketing.
