Management Services Corporation (MSC), part of The Caton Companies, seeks a full-time Leasing Specialist for Westgate Apartments and Townhomes in Manassas, VA. Salary ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 hourly; training provided if needed.

The role focuses on marketing rentals, showing units, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records to maximize occupancy. The position requires strong people skills, organization, and a team-oriented mindset; Spanish language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in marketing, sales or customer service.
• Leasing experience not required; training provided.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, prospective residents and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Show and demonstrate apartments following proper procedures; pre-qualify prospects.
• Process applications, run credit reports, verify employment and housing references.
• Prepare leases and renewal packets; review with applicants prior to move-in.
• Input traffic activity in MRI daily and maintain move-in calendars.
• Maintain information on rental rates, terms, locations, and property amenities.
