Align Real Estate Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent for Ansel Apartments in Hayes Valley, SF. You will drive revenue by converting qualified prospects, conducting high-quality tours, and managing the resident lifecycle from application to move-in.

You’ll maintain occupancy targets, process applications per fair housing laws, and coordinate move-ins/outs. This role requires 1–2 years in leasing or similar, with strong communication and Yardi proficiency.

Formación

• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience; multi-family preferred.
• Professional, warm communication in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software and comfort with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain occupancy at or above 95% through active prospect engagement and pipeline management.
• Conduct structured property tours to achieve post-tour feedback of 4.0–5.0.
• Respond to inquiries within one business day and keep CRM up to date.
