Job summary

Disrupt seeks a Leasing Professional for Estates at Cypress Apartments in Cypress, TX. The role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to lease homes and build resident relationships.

You will greet prospects, qualify leads, and document interactions, while coordinating applications, deposits, and move-in processes. Strong communication and Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Property Management preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in our Lead Management Software.
• Tour and present the community to prospective residents and help them find the right apartment home.
• Close sales by coordinating appointments, tours, follow-ups, and deposits.
• Manage leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, or in-person).
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure prompt service for residents.
