Job summary

Cypressbrook Multifamily Management is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant in Temple, TX. You will handle leasing, marketing and maintain positive resident relations across multi-family properties.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing Certification, willingness to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate telephone, PC and MS Office, including Word and MS Outlook, and community software.
• Two years of experience in customer service.
• Professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify leads and close leases with complete applications and deposits.
• Record visits, manage guest cards and process applications for approvals.
• Maintain availability, prepare reports and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Orient new residents and assist with renewals and notices.
• Support marketing and neighborhood outreach and monitor advertising effectiveness.
