Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of market-rate rental leasing experience preferred.
• Yardi and PayScan experience preferred.
• Customer-centric with a warm demeanor and impeccable follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Grow leasing pipeline through relationship building, outreach, and community engagement.
• Property ambassador to prospect tenants and conduct tours.
• Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline.
• Develop and monitor a marketing/social media strategy with marketing team.
• Manage move-in/move-out processes and lease renewals per laws and filings.
• Ensure property remains in impeccable condition and coordinate maintenance.
• Provide local area knowledge and recommendations for residents.
• Assist in planning resident social events.
• Be proactive and take on additional initiatives as they emerge.
• Seek leadership opportunities to help the company achieve objectives.
