• Minimum of 2 years of market-rate leasing experience or sales background.

• Knowledge of the city and local transportation options is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and mobile devices; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to prospective tenants and maximize revenue.
• Prospect to generate traffic, build a pipeline, and close leases.
• Develop, execute, and monitor a market/marketing strategy with leadership.
• Coordinate seamless move-in/move-out experiences for residents.
• Ensure property upkeep and coordinate maintenance; follow up with residents.
• Provide local area knowledge and promote resident events.
• Be proactive in solving problems and take on new initiatives.
