Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a multi-family community in Colorado. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process for new residents.

You will stay informed on market conditions, design marketing plans, and use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and data, while supporting lease renewals and responding promptly to resident

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property marketing.
• Ability to coordinate marketing plans.
• Familiarity with OnSite/Yardi software.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments and prepare move-in packages.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Track availability and data using property management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards for quality.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases.
• Support lease renewals with timely communications.
