Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys and takes pride in providing excellent service.
• Great with people—warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values daily.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Warmly greet prospective clients and answer incoming leasing calls; determine needs and present the community and homes.
• Utilize feature/benefit selling and close the sale; follow up with prospects.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork; maintain documentation per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness of the tour path and participate in community events as needed.
• Assist with additional community projects and Cardinal U training as required.
