Allegiant-Carter Management, a Carter Funds Company, seeks a Leasing Agent for Gates at Jubilee in Daphne, AL. You will be the face of the community, delivering excellent service to residents, prospects and visitors while guiding the leasing process.

The role focuses on processing applications, coordinating credit/income verifications, and ensuring move-ins are smooth. A professional appearance and strong customer service are essential in this full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous property management leasing experience highly desired.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartment in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents
• Coordinating the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
• Completing lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation.
• Ensuring the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection and walk through with resident.
• Following up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinating the renewal process for each lease.
